Job summary

Azumo is seeking a curious AI-Powered Marketing Semi Senior Assistant to join the marketing team. This fully remote role spans Latin America, with responsibilities in content creation, social media, and AI-driven marketing analytics.

You will work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership, using leading AI and analytics tools to improve visibility and measure results. You will learn the business, publish or launch content, and continually improve campaigns.

Qualifications

• Expert-level English proficiency, both written and conversational.
• 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience, including practical use of generative AI tools in daily work.
• Good understanding of marketing fundamentals.
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn and other social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Reddit, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of marketing data, KPIs, and reporting.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a critical eye to improve AI-generated content before publishing.

Responsibilities

• Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools daily for research, content creation, design, and analysis.
• Create content for LinkedIn and other social media channels: posts, graphics, carousels, and short-form videos, including AI-generated visuals.
• Write and improve articles, case studies, newsletters, presentations, and landing pages.
• Work on GEO and AEO to improve Azumo's visibility in AI search platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.
• Track how Azumo and its competitors appear in search and turn content gaps into new ideas.
• Prepare marketing reports on traffic, social media, campaigns, leads, and conversions.
• Spot repetitive tasks that can be automated.
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and leadership teams, including updates to Azumo's website.
