• 3-5+ years minimum in project management or creative roles with a background in design.
• English speaking and writing is excellent.

Responsabilidades

• Receive incoming project requests from clients and manage their expectations, deadlines and needs.
• Create actionable Clickup tasks with clear instructions for the design team.
• Ensure client deadlines and expectations are met by the team.
• Provide feedback and support to designers for clarifications or revisions.
• Review and proof each project before sending to clients.
• Ensure the team follows proper protocols and files are organized.
