Acclaro, a content intelligence and localization company, is seeking a Localization Project Coordinator in Rosario, Argentina (remote). You will support project delivery across clients and programs, coordinate workflows, maintain data accuracy, and ensure timely communication among stakeholders.

Under supervision of PMs and Program Managers, you will gain exposure to localization technology, process best practices, and continuous improvement opportunities, building a pathway toward Project

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in project coordination, administration, operations, customer service, localization, or a similar environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Program Managers with coordination across multiple clients and workstreams.
• Assist with project setup, task creation, workflow configuration, scheduling, handoffs, and milestone tracking.
• Maintain accurate project information, client records, forecasts, trackers, dashboards, and operational data.
• Prepare, verify, and distribute project instructions, glossaries, style guides, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate communication with linguists, vendors, and contributors, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
• Monitor progress, deadlines, and actions; escalate concerns when needed to project leadership.
• Provide administrative support including PO processing, invoicing support, file management, reporting inputs.
• Assist with quality-control activities, file verification, and process compliance checks.
• Utilize translation management systems, workflow platforms, and AI-enabled tools as directed.
• Triage issues, route inquiries, and maintain timelines across teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PM, Vendor Mgmt, Engineering, Quality, Finance, etc.
• Support client communications, meeting prep, reporting, and follow-up actions.
• Adhere to established workflows, client requirements, and security practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Take ownership of tasks and escalate as needed.
• Develop expertise in localization processes and project delivery for career growth.
• Manage lower-complexity projects under defined guidelines when appropriate.
