Job summary

Pavago is seeking a hands-on account manager to own client accounts end to end—from first proposal through onboarding and ongoing optimization. You’ll write brand messaging and copy, draft in Claude, and personally run SEO, social, and paid media, including conversion tracking and ad-structure.

You’ll build Claude workflows to scale repeated tasks and ensure every draft meets client trust standards. You’ll join multi-location accounts, coordinate across time zones, and balance strategic

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing for multiple clients.
• Grounding in conversion tracking, tags, and site launches.
• Daily use of Claude and related tools; can build with them.
• Near-native English for client calls and updates.
• Experience handling several client accounts across locations.
• Strong brand and copy judgment with defendable reasoning.
• Able to work with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and launch sites, tracking, and channels in about two weeks.
• Verify conversion tracking reflects real bookings before budget changes.
• Write brand messaging and location pages, drafted in Claude and edited by you.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on with proper ad structure.
• Organize multi-location accounts so each location’s metrics read clearly.
• Convert repeat tasks into Claude workflows used by the team.
• Join client calls, including some outside your time zone.
