Pavago is seeking a hands-on account manager to own client accounts end-to-end, from proposal through onboarding and ongoing work. You write brand messaging, draft in Claude, and manage SEO, social, and paid media, including conversion tracking and ad structure.

You’ll build Claude tools and workflows and ensure every AI draft meets tone and trust standards. This role handles multi-location accounts; you’ll onboard clients, verify tracking, create location pages, and join calls across time

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing for agencies or own practice.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure, or launching sites.
• Daily use of Claude and related tools, and building with them.
• Near-native English for client calls and written updates.
• Experience running several client accounts across multiple locations.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new accounts and set up site, tracking, and channels within two weeks.
• Write brand messaging, location pages, and client updates drafted in Claude and edited by you.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on with ad account structure.
• Structure multi-location accounts for clear location-level metrics and comparison.
• Develop Claude workflows to automate repetitive tasks used by the team.
• Join client calls across different time zones.
