World Business Lenders, a US-based financial services company, is seeking an Internal Audit Associate to conduct audits across the loan lifecycle, from origination to collections. This fully remote role welcomes candidates globally, with the American Eastern Time work window.

You will identify risks, improve controls, and ensure compliance with policies, collaborating with management to drive remediation and strengthen lending operations. Excellent English and banking experience are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
• 1–5 years of internal auditing, loan operations, risk management, or compliance experience.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or lending institutions is essential.
• Excellent command of both oral and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Execute internal audits and operational reviews across the loan lifecycle.
• Identify process inefficiencies, risks, and control gaps in loan operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and risk standards.
• Contribute to strengthening internal controls and deliver actionable audit findings.
• Collaborate with management to oversee remediation of audit findings.
