Jobgether is seeking a Lead Instructor: Enterprise to deliver structured, hands-on training for enterprise teams using a proprietary promotion planning tool. You will guide learners through realistic scenarios, focusing on practical workflows and consistent terminology across global markets.

The role requires strong facilitation, business understanding, and the ability to demonstrate complex technology to diverse audiences in a fully remote setting, including international engagements beyond

Formación

• Background in marketing, sales, business analysis, or related field.
• Understanding of ROI, sales lift, and incrementality.
• Experience delivering hands-on training or workshops.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 30 virtual training sessions (10 full-day, 20 half-day).
• Lead hands-on learning experiences through promotional planning scenarios.
• Explain promotional planning concepts, terminology, and metrics clearly.
• Adapt delivery to varied learner levels.
• Demonstrate proprietary tool confidently in a live environment.
• Prepare for deliveries with onboarding, dry runs, and client-specific training.
• Participate in onboarding and client tool training with the training team.
• Maintain a strong professional presence in virtual sessions.
