You’ll start fully remote within Latin America, exploring AI-driven tools, and building a high-velocity pipeline while maintaining a human touch in communications.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to understand who the ideal candidate is and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines and openers to lift reply rates.
• Post and promote roles so the right people actually apply.
• Review incoming applicants and shortlist the ones worth talking to.
• Keep your pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to work through a large volume without losing the personal touch.
• Track what's working, and change your approach when the numbers say so
