atomic HR is seeking an Entry Level Talent Lead Generation Specialist to help source and engage top candidates across Latin America for remote roles in the US and Canada. You’ll write outreach messages, build a pipeline, and leverage AI tools to scale outreach while preserving a human touch.

No recruiting experience required; you’ll be mentored as you learn the talent side and use a modern sourcing platform to reach the right people at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong written English and ability to write to a stranger like a human rather than a template.
• Curiosity and real drive to keep learning, since every role is a new puzzle.
• Resourcefulness: adapt to a new tool without a script.
• Organization and follow-through to keep pipelines clean and actionable.
• Competitive streak and self-motivation to chase targets.
• Comfort with basic metrics and willingness to test and adjust.
• Concrete example of using a tool, tactic, or automation to work smarter or hit a goal.

Responsabilités

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines and openers to lift reply rates.
• Post and promote roles so the right people actually apply.
• Review incoming applicants and shortlist the ones worth talking to.
• Keep your pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to work through a large volume without losing personal touch.
• Track what's working and adjust approaches based on data.
