No recruiting experience is required; you will be mentored and use a dedicated sourcing platform plus AI tools to work at scale. You will research roles, write tailored outreach, post openings, review applicants, and maintain

Responsabilidades

• Research each new role to identify the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines to lift reply rates.
• Post and promote roles so the right people see them.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and follow up to prevent slip-ups.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume while keeping a personal touch.
• Track what works and adapt strategies based on data.
