We are seeking a Social Media & UGC Manager to lead organic social media operations, manage creator partnerships, and oversee content from ideation through delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in UGC management for organic social media and paid campaigns.
• Experience building a brand's social presence from scratch.
• Ability to develop creative briefs, scripts, hooks, and concepts aligned with marketing goals.
• Strong knowledge of social media performance metrics and KPIs.
• Excellent written and spoken English for a U.S. audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Reddit.
• Manage content calendars, publishing schedules, and community engagement.
• Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and influencers for organic and paid campaigns.
• Create briefs, scripts, hooks, and concepts aligned with brand messaging.
• Coordinate content production with physicians and internal teams for medical review.
