Job summary

atomic HR is a recruiting startup serving Latin America with remote roles for US startups and marketing agencies. This Talent Lead Generation Specialist (Entry Level) role sits on our internal team, fully remote from LATAM, part-time (20–30 hours/week) with USD compensation as a contractor.

You'll learn the talent side with mentorship, using a dedicated sourcing platform and AI tools to scale outreach and identify the right candidates.

Qualifications

• Curious and eager to learn across roles and markets.
• Strong written English, capable of writing to strangers naturally.
• Resourceful and quick to adapt without a script.
• Organized and able to maintain clean pipelines.
• Self-motivated with a drive to hit numbers.
• Comfort with basic metrics and testing approaches.
• Example of using a tool/automation to improve a goal.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to identify ideal candidates and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, test subject lines and openers to boost replies.
• Post and promote roles so the right people see them.
• Review applicants and shortlist candidates for conversation.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume while preserving a personal touch.
• Track performance and adjust strategies based on data.
