Milestone One Site Coordinator supports trial sites in all related activities according to ICH-GCP, protocol requirements within study timelines and enrollment goals.

You will act as the main line of communication between Sponsor/CRO and the site, manage scheduling for monitoring visits, ensure timely data entry and regulatory document handling, and build strong relationships with sponsors and research centers.

Formación

• Degree in Life Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a clinical trial environment as a Study Coordinator or similar.
• Upper-Intermediate English; able to work in a global team.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as main liaison between Sponsor/CRO and the site.
• Schedule and prepare for monitoring visits at the site.
• Track patient enrollment and support timelines and enrollment goals.
• Maintain study documents and ensure timely data entry into EDC systems.
• Reportable Adverse Events and Protocol Deviations must be timely reported.
• Support site budget negotiations and payments as needed.
• Coordinate study procedures and participate in audits/regulatory inspections.
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, CROs, and medical institutions.
