Job summary

Milestone One seeks a Site Coordinator to support trial sites in line with ICH-GCP and study timelines. You will act as the main liaison between Sponsor or CRO and the site, coordinate scheduling for visits, and ensure timely responses to monitoring teams.

You will track enrollment, maintain documents, enter data into EDC systems, and help manage invoices, budgets, and site payments while preparing for audits and inspections.

Qualifications

• English level required at upper-intermediate.
• Ability to communicate in stressful situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as main communication line between Sponsor/CRO and site.
• Assist in scheduling and preparation for monitoring visits.
• Respond to monitors during all monitoring visits at the site.
• Track patient enrollment and support timelines and goals.
• Maintain study and general document tracking at site.
• Enter data accurately into study EDC systems and resolve data clarifications.
• Report and follow up on adverse events and protocol deviations.
• Handle and reconcile investigational products and supplies.
• Collect and maintain site regulatory documents as needed.
• Support contract and budget negotiations at the site level.
• Assist Investigator and Site payments and processes.
• Schedule or perform study procedures per study requirements.
• Prepare for and participate in site audits or inspections.
• Build long-lasting relationships with sponsors, CROs, and sites.
