Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a clinical trial environment as a Study Coordinator or similar.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English to work in a global team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with short timelines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main line of communication between the Sponsor or CRO and the site.
• Ensure timely response to feasibility questions.
• Assist in scheduling and preparation for all monitoring visits at the site.
• Be present and available to respond to monitors during visits.
• Track patient enrollment and support timelines and enrollment goals.
• Maintain study documents at the site level and ensure data entry accuracy.
• Support regulatory documents handling and site-related inspections.
