Job summary

Milestone One AG is seeking a Lead Site Coordinator to guide trial sites across studies, ensuring alignment with ICH-GCP and study timelines. You will mentor staff, coordinate with investigators and sponsors, and drive enrollment targets while maintaining regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with a global team, manage site communications, and support contract and budget discussions to advance clinical research quality and patient care.

Qualifications

• College or university degree in Life Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of on-the-job experience in a clinical trial environment.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English; ability to work in a global team.

Responsibilities

• Act as main liaison between Sponsor/CRO and the site.
• Support feasibility questions and ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate monitoring visits and regulatory documentation.
• Track patient enrollment and support project timelines and budgets.
• Enter data into study systems accurately and promptly.
• Assist in site audits and regulatory inspections.
• Maintain relationships with sponsors, CROs, and research sites.
