Job summary

Milestone One is seeking a Site Coordinator to support trial sites under ICH-GCP guidelines, aligning with protocol requirements and enrollment goals. The role acts as the primary communication line between Sponsor/CRO and sites, handling monitoring visits and data management while ensuring timely responses to feasibility questions.

The candidate will enroll patients, maintain site documents, and assist in regulatory readiness, audits, and budget discussions, building lasting sponsor

Qualifications

• Upper-Intermediate level of English with ability to work in a global team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short timelines and multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main line of communication between the Sponsor or CRO and the site.
• Assist in scheduling and preparation for monitoring visits at the medical institution/research center.
• Track patient enrollment and support site and sponsor teams in meeting timelines.
• Timely data entry into study-specific systems and resolution of data clarifications.
• Prepare for and participate in onsite study audits or regulatory inspections.
• Build relationships with sponsors, CROs, and medical institutions.
