IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead to oversee global clinical monitoring activities from a LATAM-based remote setting. You will partner with project and clinical leads to optimize speed, quality and cost, ensuring compliance with ICH GCP and IQVIA SOPs on multiple projects.

The role requires leadership in a remote environment, with responsibility for monitoring strategy, RBM tools, and mentoring junior staff while coordinating with global teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of remote or on site clinical monitoring experience with ICH GCP knowledge.
• +2 years in a Lead role; English proficiency mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Manage resources: CRAs and Central Monitors.
• Develop monitoring strategy and analytics.
• Attend study team or client meetings.
• Ensure complete documentation and RBM tools are audit-ready.
• Mentor junior staff.
