Job summary

Anyone Ai Inc. is seeking a LATAM Client Data Analyst to join our onboarding and KYC team in Buenos Aires. You will analyze KYC documentation, assess client risk, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting onboarding decisions.

You will collaborate with Compliance, IT, and Client Services, perform data-oriented reports, and contribute to special projects while maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate or advanced bachelor student.
• Fluent English required, written and spoken.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive with strong prioritization.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
• Team player; willing to collaborate.
• Excel knowledge; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform KYC and client documentation analysis for onboarding and remediation.
• Study legal and commercial documents to understand activity and risk.
• Ensure compliance with AML policies and internal procedures.
• Address onboarding requirements and status questions.
• Maintain client records in compliance with applicable rules.
• Coordinate with internal lines of business to follow up documents.
• Conduct client searches from public sources for relevant information.
• Create and maintain new client records in Global Reference Data systems.
• Collaborate with Compliance, IT, and Client Services and regional/global teams.
• Prepare data or regulatory reports as required.
• Participate in special projects as requested.
