Job summary

Anyone Ai Inc. is seeking a Know Your Customer LATAM Client Data Analyst to support onboarding and KYC activities, analyzing client documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will work with cross-functional teams to address onboarding requirements and maintain accurate client records.

The role emphasizes English communication, organizational skills, and collaboration with Compliance, IT, and Client Services to deliver timely, accurate client data and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate or advanced bachelor student.
• Fluent English is mandatory, both written and verbally.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive with prioritization and problem solving.
• Excel and Portuguese knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform KYC and client documentation analysis to approve new customers and remediation.
• Study legal and commercial documents to understand client activity, structure and risk.
• Execute AML policies and internal procedures in line with local/global principles.
• Address onboarding requirements and status for clients.
• Ensure client records comply with applicable rules to protect assets.
• Follow up Pending Client Documentation with internal Lines of Business.
• Perform client searches on public sources to obtain relevant information.
• Create and maintain new clients in Global Reference Data systems.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Internal Controls, Technology, Client Services and other teams.
• Prepare data or reports required by regulatory needs.
• Participate in special projects as requested.
