Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Buenos Aires is seeking a KYC Analyst to join the Client Onboarding team supporting North America.

You will perform KYC and documentation analysis to support approvals for new customers and amendments, applying regulatory requirements across jurisdictions and internal procedures. You will coordinate with Front Office, Legal, Compliance, Internal Controls, and regional onboarding teams; perform quality control, produce client searches and reports, and help maintain SOPs

Qualifications

• KYC and client documentation analysis to support approvals for new and amended clients.
• Apply regulatory requirements across jurisdictions and internal procedures.
• Analyze documents to understand client activity, ownership, and risk.
• Execute AML policies and procedures per local and global principles.
• Collaborate with Front Office and other teams to obtain documentation.
• Perform quality control and track onboarding metrics.
• Maintain SOPs and produce client searches and reports.

Responsibilities

• You will perform KYC and client documentation analysis to support approvals for new customers and amendments to existing clients.
• You will identify and apply regulatory requirements across applicable jurisdictions and internal procedures.
• You will analyze legal and commercial documentation to understand client activity, ownership/structure, and risk profile.
• You will execute AML policies and internal procedures in line with local and global principles.
• You will partner daily with Sales/Bankers (Front Office) to obtain required documentation and resolve onboarding requirement/status questions.
• You will perform quality control checks to ensure onboarded clients meet applicable rules, protecting the bank’s reputation, assets, and finances.
• You will track and follow up on pending client documentation by liaising with internal Lines of Business and other stakeholders.
• You will maintain Standard Operating Procedures and produce client searches, reports, and regional client setup metrics as required (including regulatory needs).
