Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is a US marketing agency offering data-driven marketing, digital advertising, and creative content for multi-location clients. The role is fully remote for LATAM contractors, focusing on coordinating creative campaigns from kickoff to delivery.

You will guide timelines, collaborate with design, copy, and strategy teams, and optimize workflows using Asana and similar tools. This is ideal for a candidate with 2+ years in agency project management and strong communication

Qualifications

2+ years of Creative/Marketing Project Management experience, ideally in an agency setting.
Hands-on experience with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication abilities for updates with leadership and teams.
Working knowledge of creative processes within marketing campaigns.
Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.

Responsibilities

Create & Maintain Project Timelines across multiple campaigns.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams with designers, copywriters, and strategists.
Manage Workload & Resources by assessing capacity and reassigning tasks.
Track & Report Progress with status updates and risk flags.
Optimize Processes by identifying workflow inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
Facilitate Communication as the main touchpoint for internal teams.
