Active searches is seeking a Digital Operations L2 Cloud Support Engineer to operate and support digital solutions and cloud infrastructure in Argentina. You will manage deployments, upgrades, resources, and ensure business continuity.

You will respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, maintain knowledge bases, and collaborate across teams. Team Lead scope includes staffing, training, and driving service excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/Engineering.
• Experience deploying and managing apps on cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in project management is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and support the Digital Solutions and underlying Cloud Infrastructure.
• Perform configuration changes and deploy new versions.
• Respond to incidents and requests escalated by L1.
• Update incidents and requests in ticketing tool.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents or identify bugs.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Escalate to L3 where appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge base and process documentation.
• Contribute to process documentation.
