Eclypsium is seeking an IT Operations & Support Engineer to ensure a secure, reliable technology environment for employees across the organization. You will work with the IT Manager on day-to-day IT operations, onboarding/offboarding, and security initiatives.

The role covers employee support, IT operations, infrastructure, and security/compliance with a strong emphasis on endpoint security and policy enforcement. Collaboration with HR, Eng, Finance, and other teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT Support, Desktop Support, or Systems Administration.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
• Experience with macOS, Windows, and Linux support.
• Experience with Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
• Familiarity with endpoint management and security basics.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops and workstations for new hires.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access provisioning across internal systems and applications.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper equipment allocation and access management.
• Provide technical assistance to employees for hardware, software, networking, and productivity tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Support both in-office and remote employees.
• Monitor, prioritize, and resolve support tickets according to SLAs.
• Maintain hardware inventory and asset lifecycle management.
• Coordinate equipment repairs, replacements, warranties, and vendor interactions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing new tools and technologies.
