Qualifications

• Typically 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, IT support, or IT service management.
• Hands‑on experience managing incidents, including prioritization, escalation, restoration, and stakeholder communication.
• Major Incident Management experience, leading or co‑leading bridges involving multiple technical teams.
• Working knowledge of ITIL and practical experience applying ITIL practices in production environments.
• Experience with an ITSM platform such as ServiceNow; clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply ITIL principles in daily service operations while balancing process compliance with rapid restoration of service.
• Act as Major Incident Manager for assigned services or on‑call rotations, driving restoration and coordinating updates.
• Coordinate troubleshooting across resolver teams with clear owners and timelines.
• Support Change Management by providing incident impact and rollback information.
• Lead Problem Management efforts including root‑cause analysis and action tracking.
• Prepare service reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
