Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting across multiple business lines in a fully remote role across the Americas. You will source, screen, and engage candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and Bullhorn, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of recruiting experience, bilingual Spanish/English, and familiarity with ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, or Greenhouse.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume hiring.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Proficient with ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday or Greenhouse.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling candidate data.
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data-driven decisions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines.
• Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Bullhorn.
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a fair selection process.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle and deliver a great candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruit analytics.
• Support recruiting metrics and reporting to drive process improvements.
• Build talent pipelines to address current and future hiring needs.
