GLOBO is seeking an International Corporate Contractor: Collections and Billing Specialist to manage overdue accounts and ensure accurate invoicing. This remote role focuses on maintaining receivables and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years in collections and billing, strong communication skills, and experience with Sage Intacct and Excel. This international position requires independent work and ethical integrity, with onboarding to multiple

Formación

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
• 2-3 years of collections and billing experience.
• Complex billing experience with process improvement ideas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Sage Intacct or similar software.

Responsabilidades

• Act as main contact for overdue receivables inquiries.
• Prepare statements and monitor billing issues.
• Review invoices for accuracy and coordinate corrections.
• Maintain client records in Sage Intacct and billing portals.
• Support month-end close and automation in order-to-cash.
