Job summary

Paired is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager for a fully remote, international role with a U.S.-based health and wellness client. You will build and manage a Creator network, run outreach across channels, and drive affiliate-driven content and sales.

You will oversee the lifecycle from outreach to onboarding, briefings, content delivery, and ongoing collaboration, while optimizing creator briefs and partner processes. Strong communication and remote-work discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, UGC, or affiliate marketing.
• Proven experience sourcing and outreach to creators at scale.
• Experience managing creators throughout the full partnership lifecycle.
• Experience with health, wellness, or consumer brands is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and affiliate ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify relevant creators and UGC creators within health and wellness niche.
• Outreach to creators via email and social platforms to build a strong pipeline.
• Manage creator relationships from onboarding to content delivery.
• Develop and manage creator gifting, briefs, and affiliate campaigns.
• Track outreach, content submissions, affiliate activity, and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize creator selection and partnership processes.
