Sur is seeking an Influencer Marketing Account Manager for a full‑time remote role serving Latin America, collaborating with a Vancouver team. You will guide brands to hire creators directly, briefs, pricing and campaign workflows, and turn a single campaign into an ongoing creator program.

Your success hinges on quick first hires, repeat business, and growing creator spend across your accounts, with ongoing client coaching and platform enablement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in influencer marketing, paid social or creator platforms with brand clients.
• Hands-on experience sourcing, briefing and managing creators for brand or UGC campaigns.
• Customer success fundamentals: managing a book of business and outreach cadences in a CRM such as HubSpot.
• Ability to consult on campaign structure, budgets and marketing strategy to boost client investment.
• Comfort owning retention and revenue growth targets with commission tied to results.
• Teacher’s instinct: show customers what good looks like and make it repeatable.
• Organize many accounts at once while building scalable resources.
• Excellent written and verbal English for outreach.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of brands on paid subscription plans and manage outreach in HubSpot.
• Onboard brands and drive first successful creator hire.
• Teach brands to use creator search, briefs, pricing and campaign reviews.
• Consult on strategy, platform selection and success metrics.
• Advise on creator selection, briefs, formats, rights and timing.
• Turn one-off orders into ongoing creator programs with calendars and rosters.
• Run check-ins and reviews to show what worked and plan the next campaign.
• Monitor signals to catch at‑risk accounts early and intervene.
• Build scalable enablement like playbooks, templates, webinars and nudges.
• Spot Enterprise opportunities and pass to sales for upgrades.
