Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Head of Customer Experience in Argentina to lead the CX strategy across locations. You will manage a customer-facing team, shape processes, and drive repeat revenue through loyalty and memberships.

Working cross-functionally with Marketing and Operations, you will optimize the customer journey, monitor metrics, and implement scalable systems while maintaining a personal, customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in customer experience, retention, loyalty, or related fields.
• Experience leading a customer-facing team and coaching others.
• Proven ability to develop retention initiatives and loyalty programs.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into improvements.
• Experience with CRM systems, customer service platforms, and data.
• Ability to identify revenue opportunities through customer initiatives.
• Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing CX team with accountability.
• Own service performance metrics: response times, resolution, satisfaction.
• Develop scalable workflows and a centralized knowledge base.
• Improve accessibility across channels: email, phone, live chat, SMS.
• Identify tech opportunities to improve efficiency with a personal touch.
• Own customer feedback ecosystem: surveys, reviews, and loyalty data.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations on retention campaigns.
• Drive membership and class-pack growth and reduce churn.
• Set CX sales targets and incentives aligned with commercial goals.
