Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Customer and Solutions Marketing to build a new marketing area from the ground up. You will report to the CMO, manage about eight people, and drive strategy across Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery, and Marketing from day one.

You will own product marketing, lead collateral teams, and shape campaigns with revenue targets. Remote work is 100% supported globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• 4+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years as Product Marketing Manager/Director.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing, define positioning and messaging for go-to-market plans and maintain competitive intel.
• Lead Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams, set messaging frameworks and quality standards.
• Lead Customer Marketing and Events, build upsell/cross-sell campaigns and advocacy programs.
• Build the new area by hiring, defining KPIs, and reporting results to the CMO and execs.
• Partner with Sales to identify win-rate gaps and close them via messaging and enablement.
