Pavago is seeking a GTM Engineer to build and maintain technical systems for lead capture, enrichment, outbound activity, and reporting. You will develop tools, APIs and integrations that support sales and marketing workflows.

The role emphasizes turning business goals into scalable, reliable systems with a mix of code and no-code/low-code approaches. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a remote-capable environment.

Formación

• Proven full-stack development experience with frontend and backend tech.
• Hands-on GTM-related systems such as CRM integrations, outbound automation, lead enrichment, webhooks, or similar.
• Strong experience with APIs and data integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain GTM infrastructure for lead capture, enrichment, outreach and reporting.
• Develop internal tools and solutions for sales and marketing workflows.
• Automate repetitive GTM processes and optimize data pipelines across systems.
• Integrate CRM, enrichment, marketing and other platforms via APIs and webhooks.
• Balance custom development with no-code/low-code tools based on business needs.
