Cruciallogics Inc. is seeking a Research & Strategy Analyst to own the research, data, and drafts for multiple engagements in a remote LATAM-friendly role. You’ll manage end-to-end research tasks and hand over organized findings to support final recommendations.

You’ll conduct market and competitive research, audit marketing experiences, analyze third-party data, and produce first-draft reports from templates. Strong writing and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in marketing, research, or an agency environment.
• Strong written English; able to produce structured, professional reports and presentations.
• Experience pulling and working with data from third-party research platforms or databases.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Ability to synthesize findings from multiple sources into clear, actionable summaries.
• Highly organized, self-directed, able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Google Slides, PowerPoint, or equivalent presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive research across a portfolio of client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences: websites, email, and inquiry flows.
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support audience segmentation and market sizing.
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from research briefs and templates.
• Manage timelines across multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating inputs from internal teams.
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before it reaches leadership.
