Job summary

GoFasti is seeking a Research & Strategy Analyst to join a remote LATAM team. The role focuses on own­ing the research, data, and drafts across engagements, turning briefs into structured, strategic deliverables.

You will conduct market research, audits, and data analysis to support audience segmentation and measurable outcomes, while coordinating multiple projects and delivering polished work on time.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in marketing, research or agency setting.
• Strong written English for professional reports and presentations.
• Experience pulling data from third‑party research platforms or databases.
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis and audience segmentation.
• Ability to synthesize findings into clear, actionable summaries.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive research across client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences (websites, email, inquiry flows).
• Pull and analyze data from third‑party platforms to support segmentation and sizing.
• Build first‑draft reports and strategic documents from briefs and templates.
• Manage timelines across engagements and coordinate inputs from teams.
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness.
