Growketing is seeking a Research & Strategy Analyst for a remote LATAM-facing role with a strong emphasis on research, data, and strategic drafting. You will own research and drafts, guiding engagements from data collection to final recommendations.

You’ll conduct market and competitive investigations, audit client journeys, and build first-draft reports. Collaboration and strict timelines are essential in this production role.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, research, or an agency.
• Strong written English and ability to produce structured, professional reports and presentations.
• Experience pulling data from third-party research platforms or databases.
• Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Ability to synthesize findings into clear, actionable summaries.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Google Slides or PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Conduct market and competitive research across client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences (websites, email, inquiry flows).
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support segmentation and market sizing.
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from briefs and templates.
• Manage timelines across engagements, coordinating inputs from internal teams.
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness.
