Cruciallogics Inc. is seeking a Research & Strategy Analyst for a remote LATAM role focused on performance marketing. You will own the research, data, and drafts that enable engagements, producing structured insights that inform client recommendations.

You will conduct market and competitive research, audit marketing experiences, pull data from third-party platforms, and craft first-draft reports using defined templates. Strong English writing and self-direction are essential.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, research, or an agency environment.
• Strong written English, comfortable producing structured, professional reports and presentations.
• Experience pulling and working with data from third-party research platforms or databases.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Comfortable synthesizing findings from multiple sources into clear, actionable summaries.
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines without close supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market and competitive research across a portfolio of client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences: websites, email, and inquiry flows.
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support audience segmentation and market sizing.
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from research briefs and defined templates.
• Manage timelines across multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating inputs from internal teams.
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before it reaches leadership.
