Job summary

Evox is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to join our remote team. You will own DTC accounts, manage substantial ad budgets, and be the client's direct contact, presenting results and plans with clear reasoning.

You will audit accounts, optimize attribution, and build scalable funnels across Google Ads, Shopping, and YouTube. You must communicate in English with clients and thrive in a data-driven, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to communicate results and rationale to clients in English.
• Experience with Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
• Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and Merchant Center workflows.
• Experience integrating Shopify storefronts with ads and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact; budgets from $5k/mo to six figures monthly.
• Own the client relationship; you present results, plans, and reasoning directly.
• Audit accounts before touching them; conduct Loom walkthroughs explaining findings.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses; report separately.
• Understand PMax impact and separate branded vs incremental CAC.
• Keep Google automation in check and audit auto features and assets.
• Own feed and Merchant Center hygiene; monitor promotions and feed impact on Shopping and PMax.
• Own tracking via GA4, GTM, and Shopify goal imports; resolve reconciliation issues.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build required assets (landing pages, scripts, reporting).
• Build tools and assets to remove constraints and enable scalable growth, leveraging AI.
