GoFasti is seeking a Growth Product Manager (part-time, 20 hours/week) to drive activation, retention, and lifecycle experiments for a LatAm-based, remote role. You will own growth metrics, run early-user acquisition, and shape onboarding and cross-channel engagement.

Ideal candidates have 4–6+ years in growth/product, strong analytics, superb copy skills, and comfort with ambiguity. English fluency and academic English proficiency are required.

Formación

• 4–6+ years in growth/product growth/lifecycle (startup experience preferred).
• Strong analytics instincts (funnels, cohorts, attribution).
• Excellent copy/messaging for trust-sensitive audience.
• Experience with CRM/lifecycle setup and experiments.
• Able to operate with ambiguity and prioritize ruthlessly.
• Fluent in English; proficient in academic speak.

Responsabilidades

• Own the growth model and metrics; build a weekly health dashboard and growth cadence.
• Run acquisition for the first wedge cohort; recruit and manage early users; convert insights to product changes.
• Design and execute lifecycle: onboarding, re-engagement, nudges across email and in-product messaging.
• Own experimentation: maintain backlog; run A/B tests and rapid iterations across onboarding and flows.
• Scale into lab pods over time with repeatable onboarding playbooks.
