Webtopia is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and insights across universities and nonprofit partners. This remote USD-facing role focuses on transforming marketing and CRM data into actionable guidance that improves campaign performance.

You will collaborate with paid media, client services, and leadership to build dashboards, identify trends, ensure data accuracy, and support data-driven decision making across the organization.

Formación

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
