Circle Of Greatness seeks a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights for universities and nonprofit partners. You will transform complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights to help teams make smarter decisions and improve campaign performance.

This is a remote role paid in USD, collaborating with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, monitor KPIs, ensure data accuracy, and explore

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
• Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
• Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
