GrowthPair is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights for universities and nonprofit partners. You’ll transform complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights that help teams make smarter decisions and improve campaign performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized and solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
• Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
• Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
