Webtopia, a mission-driven performance marketing agency, is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights for universities and nonprofit partners. This remote role focuses on turning marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable guidance.

You will build dashboards, monitor campaigns, support tracking accuracy, and collaborate with Paid Media and Leadership to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Slate).
• Analytical, organized, and collaborative mindset.
• English fluency (native or near-native).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
