Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across universities and nonprofit partners. This remote role in USD compensation focuses on transforming complex marketing and CRM data into actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build dashboards, identify trends, ensure data quality, and support strategic decisions with data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
