Alignerr seeks an experienced GRC Analyst to help build and evaluate AI systems for security, compliance, and risk. You will review policies, map controls to frameworks, and generate data to improve AI reasoning in GRC topics.

Candidate will work remotely, with flexible hours and a 10-40 hour weekly commitment. Your domain expertise in GRC and risk management will directly shape how frontier AI models understand governance frameworks and audit processes.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, or risk management.
• Familiarity with major frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, or similar.
• Ability to read and critique policy and audit-style documentation.
• Detail-oriented with strong written reasoning and analytical communication.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures for accuracy and completeness.
• Evaluate compliance scenarios involving SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST.
• Assess risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation.
• Generate and validate training and evaluation data to improve AI reasoning on GRC topics.
• Provide structured, precise written feedback to help AI learn from expert judgment.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your schedule.
