Alignerr is seeking a Data Security & DLP Analyst (AI Training) for a remote hourly contract. You will analyze data security scenarios, classify data sensitivity, and evaluate prevention and detection strategies to support AI model training and benchmarking.

You should have 2+ years in data security or security operations, familiarity with DLP tools and privacy concepts, and the ability to work independently.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in data security, compliance, information security or security operations.
• Familiarity with DLP tools, data classification frameworks, and privacy concepts (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA).
• Strong understanding of data risk in real enterprise and cloud environments.
• Able to work independently and deliver structured, high-quality analysis.
• Curious about AI and how to make it more trustworthy.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze realistic data security and DLP scenarios across cloud, SaaS, and enterprise environments.
• Classify data sensitivity levels, exposure pathways, and policy violations.
• Evaluate prevention, detection, and incident response strategies for accuracy and completeness.
• Generate, label, and validate data security cases used to train and benchmark AI models.
• Help AI systems develop accurate, nuanced reasoning about sensitive information risk.
