Alignerr is seeking a Software Engineer (AI Training) to help shape how AI systems learn programming. You will write, review, and improve AI-generated code, providing expert feedback to guide safer, more reliable AI coding assistants.

This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract in Mendoza region with 10–40 hours per week. You will work hands-on across languages and problem domains, independently and on your own schedule.

Formación

• Experience writing or reviewing code in multiple languages.
• Ability to explain technical decisions clearly.
• Strong problem solving and debugging skills.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining why code works or doesn’t.
• Design prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank multiple AI-generated solutions by quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
