Job summary

NETZET is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to oversee creative campaigns for a US-based marketing agency, fully remote. The Creative Traffic Manager will coordinate schedules, track deadlines, and serve as the primary contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of assets and campaigns.

You will manage multiple projects, collaborate with designers and copywriters, and drive efficiency through streamlined workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns in Asana and similar platforms.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams with designers, copywriters, and strategists to assign tasks and track progress.
• Manage Workload & Resources by assessing capacity and redistributing tasks to meet objectives.
• Track & Report Progress using project tracking reports and update stakeholders on status.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement improvements to optimize processes.
• Facilitate Communication as the main touchpoint for internal teams with regular updates.
