NETZET is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a fully remote role serving US-based marketing clients. You will manage creative campaigns end-to-end, from kickoff to delivery, coordinating timelines, assets, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency setting.

You will own project plans, track progress, and refine processes to improve efficiency and outcomes. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of creative/marketing PM experience and strong communication skills for collaboration with

Qualifications

2+ years managing creative/marketing projects in an agency setting.
Proficient with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Understanding of creative processes in marketing campaigns.

Responsabilités

Create & maintain project timelines in Asana and similar tools.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across designers, copywriters, and strategists.
Manage workload and resources to meet objectives.
Track progress with reports and update stakeholders.
Optimize processes and implement best practices.
Facilitate clear communication with internal teams and clients.
