• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing Project Management experience, ideally in an agency environment.
• Hands-on experience with PM tools (Asana or similar: Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication abilities, including updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of creative processes and how design/content fit into campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines using platforms like Asana or similar.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams with designers, copywriters, and marketers.
• Manage Workload & Resources by assessing capacity and redistributing tasks.
• Track & Report Progress with status updates and risk identification.
• Optimize Processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices.
• Facilitate Communication as the main contact for internal teams and deadlines.
