Job summary

NETZET is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to oversee creative campaigns for a US-based marketing agency. You will manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure deliverables meet scope, quality, and deadlines across multiple client projects.

This fully remote role from LATAM offers hands-on ownership, collaboration with designers and strategists, and opportunities to optimize processes while expanding your project management skills in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing Project Management experience, preferably in an agency
• Proficiency with PM tools to plan, track, and report progress
• Ability to coordinate designers, copywriters, strategists and clients
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams to assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Manage Workload & Resources by assessing capacity and redistributing tasks.
• Track & Report Progress using project tracking reports and stakeholder updates.
• Optimize Processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
• Facilitate Communication as the main touchpoint for internal teams and deadlines.
